VASTSPRAY, our spray texture system is a polymer-modified cement coating applied with a special hopper gun. A Squeegee/Bond coat of VASTCRETE concrete polymer over the entire surface to provide a smoothing coat. The Squeegee/Bond Coat is applied between zero and 1/16th of an inch thick using the Metal Edge Squeegee . After the Squeegee Coat dries, a Trowel Knockdown Texture can be applied using VASTCRETE concrete polymer, a hopper gun sprayer, spiked shoes and a trowel.

Vertical Stamped Concrete Overlays are lightweight, flexible cement based resurfacing systems that are a cost effective way to add a rock, brick or stone pattern to a wall, fireplace, column or any other variety of surfaces. Many of the world’s culturally significant buildings were built with natural materials – porous sandstone and porous limestone – that are particularly susceptible to weathering. Special sealants and adhesives restore the material to its original strength by penetrating the stone (through to the undamaged core) and reinforcing the natural mineral.
